Return Policy

Every decorated item is "made to order" for each customer, there may be small variations in color and placement of logos depending on the item. Custom decorated items purchased from this site may not be returned unless they are defective. If you receive a product that is defective, you may return your product for a replacement or refund.
Customer Service must be notified of any problems with your order within 14 days. Call and get a return authorization number before making a return. When your return is received, we will inspect your product before sending a replacement or issuing a refund. If your product is found not to be defective, return shipping fees and the restocking fees will apply. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. |

Every embellished item is custom decorated for each individual customer. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Shipments are made with UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. To speed delivery, UPS may not scan all of their shipments when leaving our location. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned. If you have not received your shipment within 4-6 weeks contact customer service to check on your order. Tracking numbers will be supplied where available. |
