Lifetime Warranties

Aggieland Garage Door warrants to the original purchaser (one transfer per warranty) that Aggieland Garage Door will repair or replace the parts that are defective in material or workmanship pursuant to the terms of this lifetime warranty for the period from the date of purchase specified in the lifetime warranty. These warranties are for installations of Aggieland Garage Door products for single-family residential, residential condominium, or similar residential housing. They do not apply to commercial, industrial or non-residential uses.

These warranties extend to normal usage when the product has been installed and maintained in accordance with manufacture’s instructions.  The warranties do not apply to any damage or deterioration caused by abuse or misuse, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as defined by manufacturer’s maintenance and installation instructions could result in loss of warranty.

If within the applicable lifetime warranty period, the product(s) warranted are found to be defective upon inspection by authorized Aggieland Garage Door personnel, Aggieland Garage Door agrees to repair or replace defective product(s). Proof of purchase is required. Any charges for installation or labor shall be the responsibility or the warrant holder. IN NO EVENT, SHALL AGGIELAND GARAGE DOOR BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM ABUSE OR MISUSE.
